Roadschooling adventures make up a lot of our family’s educational life. For us, there is no better way to learn about the big, beautiful world we get to be a part of than by experiencing it first-hand. History, social studies, science, art – all the disciplines of education are come to life when we get to visit places, learning about its history, people, and culture. We hope that by sharing our roadschooling adventures, you will be inspired to go out on your own – whether a quick day trip to the zoo or a longer excursion at some exotic destination!
It may not be in Africa, but you sure will feel like it! Unlike any other zoo experience we’ve ever had so far, San Diego Safari Park was more of an adventure experience, but without the risk!
